Specific training for new products, backing systems, installation systems, and cleaning equipment. Job site supervision of installation and cleaning crews by experienced service managers.
- Partnering with the best mills and manufacturers to provide a wide choice of quality products. Displaying product choices in a large and open showroom for easy product selection. Having samples available for client use.
- Investing in the best machinery, equipment and supplies to enable professional mechanics to produce excellent results in an efficient manner. This includes using the best in adhesives and carpet cleaning chemicals.
- Providing ancillary services and coordinating these services so clients can deal with one service provider and have single source accountability for an entire floor covering project. These services include furniture relocation, systems furniture lifting, cleaning of resilient flooring and fabric panels, shot blasting and sealing sub floors.
